No matter what other shenanigans go on, Long Run will have to come clean with where this process is on or before May 15, 2016 as that is the final day to final their quarterly financials and MD and A for the quarter that ended March 31, 2016.
My math says the 30 days extended review time period will be over by then as it likely started 10-14 days ago.
