The Silicon Ridge Project is located approximately 40km north of the City of Baie-Saint-Paul, which borders the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River in central Quebec. Baie-Saint-Paul is about 100km northeast of Quebec City and approximately 350km northeast of Montreal.

Closer reading of Anzaplan a possible reason for the drop?Perhaps...
based on the published report, it seems to me that (and I may be mistaken) the material is suitable for MG silicon i.e. Metal Grade Silicon, not silicon metal as was brazenly claimed by your Doctor.
The last time MG silicon was claimed to be usefull for Solar Cell types of applications, was when Timminco hit the roof. MG silicon is not that rare and not that valuable, and is used in the manufacturing of improved streagth aluminum etc.
