I guess the good Doctor does not know how to read.
The Anzaplan report indicates the RRS material is suitable for Metallurgical Grade Silicon....Not Silicon Metal lol...very big difference (too much Chromium maybe?).
Explains why the RRS SP Tanked after the news, Doctor Fouad has been pumping the stock with the promise of High Purity Silicon and Silicon Metal for a long time, and unfortunately its not good for either of these products, disappointed shareholders for sure but Fouad is responsible for this, Management never indicated such an outcome.
 
I doubt we will be hearing from Doctor Fouad again.
