North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Oh GreatAs an RMC shareholder I have to say I think you guys got a wicked deal. I think RMC could have financed this project quite easily on an equity basis and maintained 100% of it. You guys picked up a billion and a half present value for 400 million and change (payable over 5 years) and a deeper deposit that is worth potentially billions more yes that's plural billions more. I'm not saying it's a terrible deal for RMC. It appears to be somewhat of a win-win. But given cash is King and has always been King you guys have come out with a heck of a deal and the better end of the bargain. Glta. I guess the real acid test will be to see how the shareholders vote on both sides.
