New Company Presentation on SedarShares Fully diluted: 396 mm

I guess this will be the last financing. 400 mm isn`t so bad in my opinion and BBI has now 27 mm in cash. This will be enough for everything till they establish cash flow. I think this is still the better option than taking a huge credit.
