RE:RE:Different spin on the buyout. I said yesterday. MT paid 13x EBITDA 6 months ago and now sells it for 10x would be too big of a failure for him and institutional buyers. The company is in great finacial shape. Interest coverage is over 2x. No debt due in the next several years. Why would you sell at basement price? Some investors want a quick buck but I am not sure if the big boys will take a low-ball deal like that.
