Well, what is wrong with asking longs like you, whobetter than me, such a question? There would be many investors considering investing at any point in a company's history and I see nothing in that denoting the real calibre of an investor. So, I guess you feel Softgate was a good acqun for such total consideration even without justifying the numbers...thanks
