RE:Contract vs MOU from MMTC

RE:Contract vs MOU from MMTCWhat if...

MMTC and EPO buck tradition and an Offtake Agreement is never signed because we already have what we need with our MOU?

I completely understand that from a traditional standpoint the market wants to see an OT but what if we create this new trading company start sourcing postash from existing suppliers and then as our mine kicks in we simply start sourcing from ourselves...and all of this is done under the Terms and Conditions of the MOU?

I say this because if I'm India I do not want to see EPO stock sky rocket and everyone cashes out and makes a pile of $$$ but I don't get my potash because everyone is gone and the mine is never built.

What they've done with the MOU is forced EPO on a fast track to becoming a 'going concern' and forced to build a mine.

I know the OT Agreement exists and final printed form but so what?  Maybe we actually have all we need right now today but few people are understanding it.
