Londry, I appreciate your nod to the possible reserves in Tajikistan but its in Tajikistan. You obviously have a taste for this kind of geopolitical risk, but many don't. Unless you are investing in a Major who have the clout to protect their staff and assets. But investing in some backwater like Tajackmeoffistan simply increases your risk. The North Sea has plenty of risk but geopolitics isn't one of them. Well, unless you consider all those crazy Scots as a risk. At least the Scots have world class whiskey.
