Lattice, I disagree with you on adjusted EPS vs. GAAP EPS. GAAP EPS is much easier to manipulate than adjusted EPS. I'm OK with the Company using Adjusted EPS if the items in the adjustments are either non-cash or do not reflect expenses going forward. I don't agree with all the adjustments either but fundamentally, if the Company keeps producing cash, that is what will be needed to support the dividend. That's why Q1 is important as they won't have all the restructuring costs or the interest or market adjustments related to acqusitions. The TRUE value of the company lies in its ability to generate obscene amounts of cash if they stopped doing deals. I'm hoping that even with the problems noted in Q4 call for Q1, the cash generation is strong!
