RE:RE:ii-vi is on fire after reporting robust #'s due to it's

Other than the Stockhouse BB coming with the deal what poison pill. Poison pills can be removed once management realizes there won't be any better offers. Where would our White Knight come from, no one other than Anadigics, Epi and now ii-vi knows anything about Poet. I don't think a foundry is a likely suitor but I might be wrong.
8 Million shares of ii-vi would probably do it !
