phew 37% is pretty close... I was worried about that.  If it was over 40% then Tolnai would not be obligated and if he backed out they'd have a big problem.  Not only with cash but with leadership.   The main reason to own this now I think is the fact that someone with a good record is in charge, who must have some plans to raise funds and then make some good investments.

So I am sure he will be able to finance what is needed to pay the debentures... and then see what happens.   The 100 to 1 consolidation will happen soon and perhaps will lead to a mini sell off, but doesnt change the basis premise of why to hold this under the new mgmt IMO.
