It might be part of their strategy. Why issue positive news while the litigation is still ongoing, which may be counterproductive if one wants to reduce any penal liabilities to a minimum?
 
What is the current status of the litigation suit anyways? It's obviously increasingly counterproductive to GLK the longer it drags on...
