Yeppers.  Foxybagholder scurried away into his little hidey hole when stoxxman broke the news about him here.  His Always alias went quiet at AG.  His Slushie alias went quiet here at SH.   He did the exact same thing when those AG violation logs got leaked a couple years back - went into hiding and cut his posting volume by a large margin in hopes things would cool off.
