RE:RE:RE:RE:Re: CUS top Pick last night on BNN you are exactly right kherson ; cus was expecting a decision... but cus does not control ftc...so for you to say that ftc is not going to approved the merger because they did not reply on the 12 of april as expected from cus.... that is why everyone on this board think you are out of the hat...you are mixing expectation with realism... ;do you really think that the board of directors and management of spb ( some i have met personally) do not understand what value is and ho much debt there is with cus.....they know even more than we do and they are still going with this deal..now you have analyst coming on board and supporting this deal because they see what benefit this acquisition will mean to spb....now if you told me that the executive board of cus would be added to the directorship of spb that would worry me but that is not the case
so please restrain your enthuiasm and ensure you are not giving supposistion and what if to base your comments on... rather lets talk on this board of what will happen even if they undertake the cus debt...like 50% of the world productions wow what can we do with that
