Good news today or tomorrow1. Creditor protection will save the day.

2, Announcement will be made to clarify the situation.

3. Holders will know their fait.

4. Fund amounts required for first lien holders will be announced.

5. An ad-hoc committe wii be selected to discuss winding down debentures. 

5. Costs of abandonment and clean up will be known

6. BOD will have new opportunities.

7. And, Or Equity holders will get screwed at no additional cost. DF
