At 3 cents on 500 shares... Happens quite often on VID

At 3 cents on 500 shares... Happens quite often on VIDThat`s funny to see these very small transactions on VID sometimes. There`s one that just happened a minute ago at 3 cents for 500 shares. We see that very often but stock price actually stays at what it is. I receive price alerts and look at level II but I wouldn`t notice otherwise.

I used to have access to level II on stockhouse but it is not available since 2-3 days, anyone knows what`s going on with this?
