If he is meaning Toby in the way that you are thinking then yes he should be punted to the curb, but how is Big Mac a racist term?  You understand that the CEO is named MacGregor?  My mother's side has a name along the same lines, and we called my grandparents Grandpa and Grandma Mac.  So am I racist as well?  Discuss the business at hand, ignore him if it bothers you.
