RE:Convertible Debenture - My perspective...Very Well Said. This DB will vote yes and others I know . Would suggest others that don't plan to convert with the deal , convert beforehand and sell your shares on the open marketplace at .11 - .12 and keep all your warrants - if you take a loss of a few $ on your shares , the warrants would be worth more than.15 in 2 years time  with a cleaner balance sheet. Those are my thoughts but I would be cautious going into a vote thinking the no is the majority vote as some may be very disappointed. Getting paid out at shares below .10 is a lot less risky deal than the above and is a no brainer in all areas.
