We should also note that beyond the difference from exchange rate, PEAs only promise to be within a certain percentage of accuracy. The Trevali PEA states +/-40% when predicting cost estimates. That leaves open a huge margin for error either way (things being cheaper or more expensive). The drop in oil will help production costs and I also trust Mark to get the deficiencies ironed out to improve performance. The copper circuit will also add revenue.
