Anyways back to basics... Without a doubt a consolidation will be announced either shortly after or with the announcement of the 6.5 million raised I just hope management will have enough ammo to change market perception of LRN before they implement. With the stock headed in the right direct a reverse split could really give this legs as suppose to fighting to crawl out of the 2c basement.
