The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities and non-convertible income securities. The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. The investment advisor of the Fund is Advent Capital Management, LLC.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:No reasonThe Koderian mine owned by Wassoul'Or and Pearl Gold AG. The mine has 33 million tons of approx 1.8 g/ton of Au ore and a CIL plant with a 11000 tpd capacity built with a slightly different overall process flow sheet than Kalana. To my knowledge the mine has been placed on care and maintenance and had trouble ramping up. Very little has been said of this operation in the last few years so I don't know what is its current status.
