RE:small update on 3784-2016

RE:small update on 3784-2016So MT, certainly this doesn't mean very much since MSX's news release of two and a half weeks ago stated that the court had set a deadline for those parties to respond in writing:

The 18th Civil Court validated the demand based on its merits and has ordered Minera Nevada SpA and Hector Mardoqueo Unda Llanos to respond in writing within a maximum of 18 working days to Mr. Lopehandia's demand under apercibimiento (arrest if not compliant to court order). The deadline is April 26, 2016

MSX is very specific that the court already gave the order with a deadline to respond of two days ago.  Was MSX's news release inaccurate or am I misunderstanding something? Surely the arrests must be imminent if there was no written response... right?  This could get exciting!

It seems to me that MSX should be coming out with another news release now indicating the result of that deadline.
