RE:Forget about Q1, FY 2015....... On the conference call Matt Davey said that Open bet should close on may 20 th and that it is at that time that open bet will be add to the revenu.

It was ambiguous before I would agree.  Once open bet is fully integrated (with all the cost synergie) we should see the benchmark numbers. I suspect in 6 to 9 months or so.
