The property consists of 52 contiguous mineral claims. The Grassy property contains approximately 830.20 hectares in two separate claims which are owned 100% by the Company. The Red Cliff project consists of approximately eight mineral claims.

RE:Fidelity Has bought Over 6 Million Shares Of DEC Recently?. Fidelity currently holds 8.6% of the outstanding shares thanks to their buying in April.  According to insider trading law they are supposed to report it when it gets to 10%....however are the shares being controlled by one man or spread out in different retail accounts.
