Summeroil, I think you are wrong on your numbers.  Simba had 60% and that is about to become 100% in Guinea, so once that happens it's 60% Essel and 40% Simba, just like the rest.  That eastern european company you refer to, hasn't fulfilled their obligations under the deal and therefore the 40% that they were to control  is becoming Simba's.
