The only way we get the stock price over 60 cents is if we start getting news releases. I'm stunned that it's been a week since release of TWO quarterly financials where we saw significant growth QOQ and not a single word from the company. I don't know, or understand the reason for this. Nor do I know who is to blame for the poor communication. People are saying it's not Arun's fault as he is doing his job running the company and moving it forward. But maybe Arun is trying to hold this back and it is by design. Others are saying it's HT/Core's fault for not doing their job as IR. Until someone talks to management and gets an explanation everything is speculation. The AGM will be telling IMO if we don't see news before then. Unless there is a big news release (multiple releases or a major summary of the coming year for Vanc) with a summary of financials, big purchase orders, new molecules/OTCs, etc we're not moving anywhere but down. The AGM is June 22, which is well after the expiry on the warrants.
The only upside is that the company has said in financials that they have enough operating money for the next 12 months so a PP is unlikely. By the time they run out of money, there will be another two financial statements where they should be near break even or profit. So really, there's almost no way they do another PP unless it has been planned all along. But really, I don't see shareholders supporting it with the stuff going on right now to hold this back.
Let's hope for news in the coming weeks. If they want those warrants exercised, they better get on it. There's only about 25 trading days left so they have three weeks to release something substantial.
