Those highlighted words are exactly what made me connect the dots, but at the same time wouldn't you think they would have made it more obvious to the public if they did hit 4N? That's the only thing that's keeping me realistic, maybe they have used the wrong words to explain their situation. Them being french and having to translate to english, I dunno.
