RE:Little Appreciated Factors Something else to keep in mind, is that the BC government has typically had a champion project that is going to create jobs. Prosperity was the last one, and unfortuantely for them, that didn't turn out so well. Red Chris is definitely a contender to be the next poster child, but I wouldn't be so sure after what happened with Mt. Polley last year, and their direct ties to Red Chris.
Is Spanish Mountain the next darling of the BC government? The next poster child for creating BC jobs for BC people? If so, there is a powerful boost for all of our pockets.
Once upon a time I purchased Skygold at $0.18/share, and sold it at $0.75. Never did I imagine, that I would be coming back in with those profits to buy back at an average of $0.06/share. I'm already quite happy with where Spanish Mountain is sitting, and know for a fact that they are already getting locals excited about job prospects. Especially the unemployed coming back to Williams Lake, Quesnel and 100 Mile House from Alberta. They need jobs, and have the right experience.
Provincial elections are now a year away, and I'm feeling confident that the Liberals will be looking to stimulate the BC economy by standing behind projects like this. Hold on to your seats!
