They buy 7M shares at 3 cents and sell 7M shares at 2.5 cents so therefore pay .5 cent per share. This means they have 35 grand invested and get a 5 cent warrant. This is lunch money for them and if lost means squat. I wouldn't be surprised if EP was anon and destroyed the sp due to losing from previous financings. They will get their money back one way or another. 
Again no skin in the game....add on the finders fee and warrants as well. Hell i have as much invested in this p o s
