Very good Q4 and FY 2015

Very good Q4 and FY 201567.5Millions in recenues
27,8Millions impairment on asset due to low oil price
19.8 Millions loss... or 8 Millions profit without the impairment..
174 Millions in assets
Q4 23.5M revenue, 16.5M expenses 7M profits prior to 27.5M impairment...
EBITDAX FY2015 24.1Millions Q42015 11.35Millions

Everything looks good if oil recover over 45$...  current impairment are due to oil under 35$
They still have to find a deal with secured note creditor... but if I compare with other oil co that I follow... Market cap should be way higher... take a look at highly promote Manitok, MEI.V 36M market cap... withe less revenue, higher loss , about same reserve...
Rooster appear less risky to me IMHO sp should be arround 0.11 to  0.15 to get a more fair value
I also like the part where they say they are evaluating ''The company also continues to evaluate multiple, large decommissioning opportunities that have arisen as a result of the commodity price downturn that has put many offshore Gulf of Mexico and international producing properties in a negative cash flow position."
