What about you playing stupid CT? Where were all the suppliers, contractors, and the guys making the boxes prior to the announcement last June? Please enlighten me.

I have a ton of respect for Todd and Rich as they are truly great company executives. They keep their cards close to their chest and are not leaking information or being promotional. Perhaps you can fault them for not being conservative enough on the previously provided deadlines, but they have never lied and have delivered on their promises so far.

People who are suppliers, contractors, even guys that make boxes or deliver computers sometimes get a hint that something is happening. This often times is not even insider info. People that work at box factories are for example often investors if they produce boxes for a product.

You often see people buying stock from all over. No one said anyone was a billionaire. And while I "might" have mentioned the panama papers I have not been talking about it over and over again, I couldnt even find my reference to it in a google search but do find the reference someone else made about me saying it LOL.

The point is everyone keeps talking about the "de-risking" yet if you look at Stockhouse quote info above the stock is down 44% in the last 6 months.

Going from a potential deal with the UN/IMF/US contractor to a deal with Russians in the Congo is not a de-risk

Almost doubling company debt in 1 year is not de-risked.

The stock is reflecting these realities.

Personally to me, going by gut instinct I think either people here are acting dumb or playing like Samdm did who acted much the same way as he was selling away. It is almost like people are either reading what they want to believe into things or trying to create some narrative that others will beleive.

As for corruption and problems it is all over the news every day in this country. And you might gloss over things like the Russia comment in the CC or the inability to state the cash number or even know the date on the contract where we know its February but have not seen the date but I dont.

You are working on a life or death contract for a company with people who have invested millions of dollars. Your company is wrapped up tight by a lender who will own it if things dont happen . Which by the way Vertex is not a debt fund, its 80% stock ownership as per information readily available to people which is another "thing" that seems odd people keep talking about. Read about that info  in the JMY comments thread on seekingalpha. MG even admits he was wrong on this (also in the comments). So everything to me points to people trying to make you believe something, like for example Vertex is not interested in a lot of stock ownership because "they are debt fund" is one of many such things I have found here.

So not knowing the "date" seems a bit convenient to me.

Like I said, no matter how good or bad the long term prospects for this deal are, the perception of timeline was broken in the fall, then again this year, now who knows . We have had an award for  9 months, a signed contract for 3 and not one penny collected and yet we have borrowed 8 million and rolled maybe 3-4 million in interest since then.
