more downside

more downsideHere's Why I say there's further downside.
1. Iftherewasan oofer at all from Blackstone, why would it take such a long time to decide. Whatabout the other potential buyers. Have they vanished.
2. If the company wasreally serious about teaching the shorts a lesson, Why would they not pay a down a sizeable amount of debt . That should teach the shorts a lesson or two.
3.Why would the compaby want to issue unlimited preferreds is only they could pay down the debt.
4. If MT thinks that this is a company with great potential, why worry about the shorts.
5. The earnings are coming out on Friday- not a good day for good results but a good day for bad results withthe selling tempo being limited to just one day for a reprieve.
My answer is that there is considerable pricing presure on Donnatol. Ths currency market is playing havoc and CXR has lost its capacity to raise prices on drugsbecause of regulatory pressure
If you disagree with any of these let's have a serious discussion.
