RE:RE:RE:Takeover of Williams Creek WCX

RE:RE:RE:Takeover of Williams Creek WCXI have no crystal ball and i have no insider knowledge, but i have seen in the past 6 yrs many times the same thing:
There is a major land package held by a development company and some interesting land, next to it, sometimes even in the middle of it, held by microcap company-
Everyone wonders why its not taken out for years, although e.g. there is some interpreted or real extention to the defined mineralisation on that land held by that microcap company xy.

Often the takeover happens a couple of weeks or month before a major comes to buy the developer.
this might be because, the developer is already in talks with interested parties and they want them to do the "dirty" work of consolidating land packages, because they have no (human) resources to mess around with microcaps.

however in addition i know that BGM still suffers from history of missmangened (REPLACED)
i do know that there are not many 3-4mm oz open pitable deposits @2g/t+ around anymore
i do know that Osisko Gold Royaties payed 25mm for a 1,5% NSR

i think likelyhood of an offer in the next 12 month is above 75% (my guess)
