RE:NEWS RELEASE

RE:NEWS RELEASEWhat?

They get 5M shares of something that last week was raising money at $0.01, so call that worth somewhere between $50,000 and $250,000 (last weeks financing and this weeks price). CIN's escrow will come off AFTER the $0.01 paper so I doubt it will be worth $0.05 after 50M NRM shares at $0.01 come free trade.

And they get $40,000 of cash (two $20k payments).

So they sold 50% of their lead asset for less than $300,000 and some work that might or might not happen.

So CIN's remaining half of Leduc is worth what, another $300,000. Compare that to a $1.5M market cap. Undervalued? Not likely.

I can see why the market is indifferent/doesn't care.
