IF the plant runs like planned the company should generate 30-50 million dollar gross profit p.a. ...normally enough to pay down debt and interests...  after 2-3 years the debt will be at 50 miilion$ and is handable... 

at a POG of 1200$ ++++ the company should be safe.. IF the operation runs like planned
