Organic Revenue: 290M
EBIDTA: 51M

Revenue from Acquisition: 50-60M
EBITDA from Acquisiton: 14M
 

Total forecasted Revenue: 340-350M
Total forecasted EBITDA: 65M

That is higher than the original guidance of: 320M in revenue, $65M
