Matt, you sound worried. Then again I too would be worried if my employer's were about to lose their $6 million Change of Control payout...
I hope you realize Matt that if and when Canexus seeks CCAA protection, you will not be considered one of the Secured Creditors! Since the debt is now greater than the value of the assets by about $50 million, everyone except the Banks, goes home empty handed!
