As you point out there are lots of uncertainties. Happily they are more than discounted in the stock price. I own 12 other Venture-traded resource/gold stocks., most of which have gained over 200% this year. I have been selling off 50% or more of the biggest gainers this week in anticipation of a correction in gold. Contantine is the only one I have which has not spiked higher this year during the rally in gold.

If you had answers to all the critical questions you have, the price of CEM would be well above what you would be willing to pay. My 200+% gainers were purchased on the basis of hope, following my viewing of the companies corporate presentations. I am presently using some of those profits to buy CEM at today's price - because I also buy when risk appears to have been removed from the stock price. I cannot say that about any of the other stocks I own.
