RE:Why is B2 getting killed today?
Unknown. No negative news has been released that I can see.
My first guess is that BTO, having run harder and farther than most PM stocks, is now experiencing a wave of profit-taking. BTO has a tendency to run harder and drop harder than the sector. Why that is, I don't know, but I've observed this many times. The whole sector is due for a profit taking event and who knows where this will go.
Should the price of gold punch through 1300 and remain above, the profit taking will quickly turn into dip-buying.
If there are no negative news fortcoming this might be seen as a buying opportunity. We shall see...
