I don't know that I agree with your assessment of "the AMK people," Sherbrooke1, but I do know that the decisions made by the managements of both companies might have been made differently. Certainly the consequences of their decisions haven't been too much fun for many of us. but each company still has the capability of sustaining share prices that could much higher than what they are right now. Where we are headed, though, I can't say, especially when the first act of the newly revamped American Creek management was to announce it was going to be full steam ahead with the litigation. The properties owned by each company leave nothing to be desired, however, and one of these properties, collectively owned, is something that seems essential to the viability of a five billion dollar mining project. How our braintrusts choose to play this hand loaded with aces remains to be seen, but any management dedicated to the well-being of its shareholders would find a way to make things work.
