Alright Eoj123, seeing how I've struck a nerve with you here, why is my question so far off base? Can Orbite not obtain insurance until the plant is up an running? I could see this for a reason if that is the case. If that's not the reason you deemed my question as stupid, well, then please explain your reasoning. I'm all ears.
