RE:RE:RE:ResultsRates already started small move up last month. Pension shortfalls can quickly be eliminated with small rate rise. I think real estate sale announcement will surprise on upside. Drop in price now on small volumes compared to 3 million shares bought during a one week period about a month ago. RBC is silly to drop target price but I never follow any of them anyway.
