The same firm was on both ends of that $1,000,000 debenture trade. That means its almost certainly a shuffling between accounts rather than a trade.

Anyone who is planning on being a long term investor should be on the .DB debenture instead of the common stock right now, the value is so much more compelling if you do the math.
