RE:RE:More Speculation

RE:RE:More SpeculationWilwal... IMG already left MXI into the desert dust. It tripled since the Mid-January bottom and MXI only doubled. WHavok... what do you mean if IMG hits $4.00? IMG is now at $4.75. To take your worst case scenario of MXI being worth 10% of IMG.  Then MXI is now worth $.475. IMG will most likely hit $5.00. So MXI $.50 buyout.  I wouldn't accept anything less than a 50 Cent Buyout if I were negotiating a deal. I don't want to reharp my Fekola buyout comparison which indicates even $.50 is too low (not even including Karita). We also incur the huge risk of a paper deal to IMG, because for 6 weeks prior to a buyout close, our price would be pegged in movement to IMG price. So if the timing is bad and we get bought out near peak, we could get slapped with a 35% pullback in 6 weeks if not hedged. Many with large positions don't have enough capital to equally hedge the full amount. So the fact we could get screwed being pegged to IMG near this years IMG peak, should merit a higher buyout amount, even higher than 50 Cents.  CASH would be the ideal situation.
