Good news indead but the real test comes in June when Mongolia holds its elections. Tinto's actions are positive and meant to show the government and people of Mongolia that Tinto has faith in them. If the elections show that this faith has been misplaced by a strong show from the DONKs, then it is quite easy for Tinto to reverse its decision.

As the DONK ganmes in Mongolia continue!!!!!
