According to REUTERS it appears that Changchun Sinoenergy last traded on 19 Feb 2016 and the last News Release was on 22 April 2016.

Changchun Sinoenergy Corporation:Says it Qingdao-based wholly owned subsidiary to buy 49.74 pct stake in Qingdao-based petroleum investment company (target company) from Jiangxi-based energy investment company, for 50 mln yuan.The subsidiary to hold 50.26 pct stake in the target company.After the transaction, the company will buy Canada-based company, Long Run Exploration Ltd. through the target company's overseas wholly owed sub-subsidiary Calgary Sinoenergy Investment Corp, for C$787,829,100 (about 3,688,143,100 yuan). https://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/overview?symbol=600856.SS https://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/600856.SS/key-developments I don’t see any updates that say that the PP has actually closed.
