I can see our fire insurance rates going up soon. - WEQ and Britco will benefit from all this work. Rental gear (Like WEQ owns) just turned into a sellers market again. Britco, owned by WEQ is building a Hotel right now, they are one of only a few viable permanent modular builders. They could get very busy, very soon.
