RE:RE:RE:RE:This is how the First NationsAt DoumDiDoum and StoogeNo4. I agree with you both as there is valid arguments in both posts.

Even though Matamec comes to an agreement with the FN on many issues, what could really kill it is if the FN make unreasonably greedy monetary demands. I have seen three potential mining projects being killed off in my region "La Cote-Nord" in the past 10 years because the FN were asking 50% plus of the profits that would be generated and also asked upfront cash to invest in their communities.

The failure of those mining projects that could have generated jobs and wealth for both the FN and non natives have caused tensions therefafter over the years.

Lets hope its not the case with Matamec.

All in my opinion.
