MXI Reborn

MXI RebornFrom MXI's standpoint, to get the full benefit of Karita, why involve it in any negotiations?  Keep it for later exploration.

From IMG's standpoint, to gobble up MXI's portion of the joint venture and not take Karita as well may not make sense...as they probably will want it in the future.

This drilling now will cost MXI another good chunk of change.  For IMG to pay for it and take another stock exchange from MXI doesn't seem to make sense to me.  The fact that MXI put up for sale it's other assets leads one to believe that they are expecting to be completely taken out. ....again maybe too much speculation....just curious.
